Our luxury
fully air-conditioned Kissimmee home was built in 2004
and is a "St Vincent Sound" design style - it sleeps
up to 10
people comfortably - it has four bedrooms (two en-suite)
and a den with a sofa bed. In total there are four
bathrooms.
The house
comprises of 2,216 square feet of living space with a
double integral garage.
On the
ground floor (1,516 square feet), keeping left in the
hallway from the front door, there is:
Door to the
den: with a
large double sofa bed and further comfortable seating,
also a television.
Archway to
dining area
(with arch to kitchen): the dining area contains a
dining table and six chairs.
The lounge
with archway to kitchen and breakfast area and door to
master bedroom: The lounge enjoys comfortable seating
for eight with plenty of occasional tables. Cable TV
& DVD player.
Kitchen:
boasts all the equipment you would need to prepare
gourmet meals for your whole party.
Breakfast area: A table
and chairs that seats four plus a breakfast bar that
seats another two - with a patio door leading to
a covered lanai that also has a table and four chairs.
Access to the pool area, there is a security fence &
gate to keep the little ones away from the pool
unsupervised.
Master Bedroom with
door to en-suite: King size double bedroom & cable TV with door to
large en-suite bathroom
comprising a corner bath, hand basin, WC, separate
shower and a walk in closet.

The Pool

kidney shaped pool with roman steps. The pool is 3 feet
deep in the shallow end dropping down to 5 feet in the
middle.
