Booking conditions As an agent for the villa's owners, we represent rental homes that are privately owned in resort destinations areas. Unique Florida Homes LLC is not responsible for changes to furnishings, bed arrangements and equipment made by the homeowners. However, we will endeavour to keep you advised of any changes. The minimum numbers of nights rental at this property is either 3, 5 or 7 nights, depending on the time of year. If you book this property for less than seven nights, a departure cleaning fee of $90 will be payable.. To confirm the reservation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance of the rental amount will be payable 42 days prior to your arrival day. For bookings made within 42 days of your arrival day, payment in full will be required to confirm the reservation. We accept most debit and credit cards. However we charge a 2.5% handling fee for all payments made by credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretences or where groups exceeding the purchased maximum occupancy of the house or any other legal reason. Due to the quality of furnishings in our homes, upon check-in, guest must provide a security deposit in amount of $500.00 in the form of a credit card guarantee. No charges will be made to the credit card unless damages are incurred to the property. Resort office operating hours: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you expect late arrival after 10:00 pm, please contact the Holiday Resort Management office for late arrival instructions. Contact details will be provided with your rental confirmation. Check-in time: 4:00pm, Check-out time: 10:00am The property is designated "no-smoking rooms" No Pets allowed Please be advised that commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers and boats are NOT allowed to be parked or to be stored at any place on property. OPTIONAL: Pool heat is available for extra charge of $25 per night. Please contact our office to request pool heat . Pool heat will be paid for locally to our Orlando agent at the commencement of the rental period. |
